The "new" IamFacingForeclosure.com was created to protect and strengthen homeowners—giving them the necessary tools they need to effectively stop foreclosure and save their home.

We feel that there is a huge need on the internet for a "safe" and "accurate" website where homeowners facing foreclosure can visit and find the information they need to deal with their lender. There is a war being fought on the internet and it is unfortunately being won by scam artists, loss mitigation predators and webmasters that are all trying to cash in on the foreclosure epidemic.

One of our goals is to have a massive internet presence in order to combat these predators and expose their scams. So foreclosure sharks beware!
